The Wormsley Club Corporate Membership 2016

The home of the club is Wormsley, the Getty family’s Estate near Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire,
just off the M40, 45 miles from central London.

Wormsley Club cricket matches are hosted in the quality and style for which the family days have become so well known.
 The Wormsley Club, though, is not just about cricket at Wormsley. The Estate has a wonderful range of sporting and cultural facilities to be enjoyed by members. All club events will offer access to the Family’s Library and Walled Garden and we will host small dining events in Home Farm Barn and The Island Pavilion.

Members have special access to the facilities on The Estate for bespoke corporate or private events and will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for events held in the Garsington Opera Pavilion.

Members will also have a number of opportunities to meet other members at drinks receptions and networking events in central London and with other partner venues such as: The Getty Images Gallery; E.J. Churchill Shooting School and The Grove Golf Course.

Club membership is offered to supporters of Wormsley for whom we will host four Wormsley Club cricket matches in 2016, as well as four 6-a-side days offering all members the opportunity to play at what is described by many as the most beautiful cricket ground in the country.

In addition to the Wormsley Club cricket days, we will also offer club members the opportunity to purchase places at a number of other events including junior coaching clinics, private dining events in Home Farm Barn and The Island Pavilion, as well as a number of drinks receptions on the Estate, in London and with our partner venues.

A limited number of corporate memberships are available to "The Wormsley Club" giving companies the opportunity to experience all of the finest aspects of Wormsley.

 



The Wormsley Club - Corporate Membership - £7,500 plus vat

Each corporate membership includes:

  • 40 transferable hospitality places at Club events. The hospitality can be spread across all member events or taken in larger groups at 1 or 2 events during the year.
  • A full page advert in the Wormsley Year Book (Usually £1,500)
  • Invitations to a minimum of 6 Club Drinks Receptions or Networking events
  • Web link to the corporate partners section of the Wormsley website
  • 10% Discount on facility fees should you hire the estate for a private event


Suggested use of the hospitality:

4 x Sir Paul Getty XI Fixtures 5 Places at each event (20 places in total)

Hospitality at each Wormsley Club day includes:

  • 3 Course Lunch
  • The Classic English Tea
  • Cricket Coaching for the kids
  • Children's Entertainment
  • Library Visits
  • Vintage coach journeys to The Walled Garden

Wormsley Club 6-a-side - 5 Players and 5 Guests (10 places in total)

Each member has the opportunity to enter a team in one of the Club 6-a-side days

  • Champagne and Pimm’s Reception
  • 3 Course Lunch
  • The Classic English Tea
  • Library Visits
  • Vintage coach journeys to The Walled Garden

Additional guest places are available at all Getty XI Fixtures and Wormsley Club 6-a-side days priced at £135 for adults and £50 U.16 - Subject to availability.

 

Club Dining Events - 2 Places

  • 2 Complimentary places and the option to buy up to 4 more guest places at small private dining events in Home Farm Barn or on The Island Pavilion.

 

Other Events at Wormsley- 8 Places

  • We host a small number of other events at Wormsley where hospitality places are sold to the general public. These include Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Minor Counties Cricket Fixtures, The Minor Counties Knockout Final and The City Twenty20.

Members can use their hospitality allocation at these events.
Additional places can be purchased with members receiving a 10% discount on the published hospitality prices.
