After last summer’s Women’s Ashes Test Match saw record breaking crowds visit Wormsley across the four days, we are delighted to be hosting the first Women’s Test Match between England and India in almost a decade.

Across the four days of the Test, which begins on Wednesday 13th August, you will be able to see two of the best teams in the world do battle in the longest format of the game.

And recent Ashes winners England will be hoping that they can repeat their victory over India the last time the two sides played a fixture at Wormsley back in 2012, when they won the decider of their ODI series to clinch the series 3-2.

However India will be a tough test, and they emerged victorious when the two teams last played test cricket in a one-off fixture at Taunton in 2006.
Hospitality packages are available for all days of the Test Match.

Premium Hospitality Package includes your match ticket, VIP parking, tea & coffee on arrival, Louis Roederer champagne reception, 3 course lunch with fine Sumaridge wines and water, traditional afternoon tea. The ECB Cricket Factory will be joining us for the first two days of the Test match, offering lots of fun cricket activities for children.

We will be raising funds for four different charities during the course of the Test Match. On day 1 we will be supporting The Lord’s Taverners, on day 2 we will be raising funds for Chance to Shine, on day 3 we will be supporting Wellbeing of Women, and on the final day Rays of Sunshine will be the nominated benefiting charity.

A limited number of deckchairs will be available, but we suggest to avoid disappointment to bring your own if you have them.

Wormsley is located in a rural setting, with some slopes and uneven surfaces. If you have access requirements, whether you are in a wheelchair or have restricted mobility we are dedicated to making your visit as easy as possible. Disabled parking is available on site. When you arrive, please ask the stewards to be directed to the disabled car park. Disabled toilet facilities can be found near the disabled car parking area. If you have any further access requirements, please contact the cricket office on in advance of your visit so we can provide information and help plan for your visit.
